2AM's Nick Crabb was one of the virgin riders who took part in this year's FireFlies Ride in support of the charity Leuka. This short film is an insight into the grueling training regime undertaken by Nick in preparation for the epic 1000km, 20 mountain, 95,000ft of climbing FireFlies ride from Geneva to Cannes.
